Acquisition of 14 land plots in Abu Dhabi |

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (21 May 2009) – Aabar Investments PJSC (“Aabar”) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Green Emirates to acquire 14 land plots in Abu Dhabi for an aggregate price of AED 2.7 billion.
The plots are located in several development projects such as Al Raha Beach which is under development by AlDar Properties, Rawdhat Abu Dhabi project by Reem Developers and Saraya project by Sorouh Real Estate. The new Land locations are considered unique and will be used for various development projects such as hotels, residential and commercial.
