The Board accepted the resignation of Dr Gerhard Roiss from the Board and appointed Mohamed Badawy Al-Husseiny, current Chief Executive Officer of Aabar Investments PJSC, to the Board, effective immediately.  The Board also reviewed various potential transactions that are currently being considered by the Company.
