Appointment of Mohamed Badawy Al-Husseiny to the Board of Directors |

Mohamed Badawy Al-Husseiny has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Aabar Investments PJSC (“Aabar”).
Mohamed has been the Chief Executive Officer of Aabar since May 2009 prior to which he held the position of Chief Financial Officer from Aabar’s inception. Mohamed will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer of Aabar in addition to holding his position as a Director of the Board of Directors.
